Session “Procedures and technology for an efficient Biosecurity program in the Production Chain”
iMICROQ organizes the Session “Procedures and technology for an efficient Biosecurity program in the Production Chain“, in collaboration with Elanco. To facilitate your attendance, the event is scheduled in two locations at different dates, 25 May 2015 in Madrid and 1 June 2015 in Constantí (Tarragona).
The technical session will be focused on providing tools and easily applicable methodologies that generate high added value to your business by acting directly in various critical points. New technologies and procedures for environmental sampling in internal control programmes, rapid pathogen detection methods, integrated cleaning and disinfection protocols and vaccination plans as the basis to have an effective biosecurity program tools will be shown. Emphasis will be placed on the two most problematic pathogens in the food and veterinary industry, Salmonella and Listeria.
It will be presented in detail the QFast Technology Platform, an innovative system for detecting pathogens in feed and food safety. In addition it will be presented the procedure for validation and accreditation of alternative analysis methods, the latest developments in sampling of feed and raw materials, an analysis of the epidemiology on porcine sector and the microbiological control of surfaces in food production.
